ABOUT PEDIATRIC THERATOOLS

We Built the CEU Experience
We Couldn’t Find.

For pediatric clinicians who are tired of corporate-feeling trainings that deliver information — but not implementation.

You blocked off the time. You took the notes. You left inspired… and then Monday came.

The slides didn’t translate. The tools weren’t practical. The confidence faded.

So we built something different: training designed by clinicians who are still in the field — built for real caseloads, real families, and real-world application.

Trusted by clinicians across NICU, early intervention, outpatient pediatrics, and hospital-based follow-up settings.

What makes us different

Not corporate CEUs. Clinical tools you can actually use.

Pediatric Theratools courses are built for real caseloads—so you leave with a method, not just information.

We teach systems (not scattered tips)

Clear frameworks you can repeat across diagnoses and settings—so your sessions feel organized, confident, and effective.

You leave with ready-to-use tools

Scripts, handouts, checklists, documentation language, and demo guidance—so Monday morning implementation is easy.

Built by clinicians who still treat kids

Our content stays practical because it’s shaped by real pediatric sessions—NICU, EI, outpatient, and beyond.

Bottom line: If you’re tired of “good info” that doesn’t translate into better sessions, this is the CEU experience you’ve been looking for.

Our Story

We were tired of leaving CEUs inspired…
but unprepared.

We’ve sat in the hotel ballrooms. We’ve flipped through the binders. We’ve taken pages of notes.

And then Monday morning came — and it didn’t translate.

The information was good. But the tools weren’t usable. The implementation wasn’t clear. And the confidence didn’t stick.

So Pediatric Theratools was built differently.

Every course is designed around one question: Can a clinician use this tomorrow?

That’s why our trainings are interactive. That’s why we sit on the floor. That’s why we practice, adjust, and refine together.

Because pediatric therapy deserves more than inspiration — it deserves implementation.

Founder + Clinical Background

Built from real clinical results — not theory.

Years ago, after attending a CEU that left her inspired but unsure how to document, bill, or implement the material into real sessions, Laura decided pediatric clinicians deserved something better.

In two pediatric clinics in North Carolina, Laura maintained the documented lowest cancellation rate among therapists — while achieving the highest patient/parent satisfaction scores and measurable developmental outcomes.

The reason? A simple philosophy: Never overwhelm families. Support the whole unit while meeting the developmental needs of the child.

Pediatric Theratools was founded in 2021 — at the encouragement of students — to scale that approach nationally.
