What You Will Learn
Massage strokes for the newborn, infant, and growing child. You will leave knowing how to massage an infant or child from the top of the head to the tips of the toes!
This course is tailored to enable you to immediately implement into your NICU, home health, or out-patient setting. Class includes how to document, write goals, and bill for service.
How to adjust strokes for various diagnoses including Autism, Torticollis, Feeding, Motor Delay, Brachial Plexus Injury, Cerebral Palsy, and many more!

For the Interactive Distance Learning (virtual) format, you will receive a zoom link by email approximately one week prior to the course date.
Day 2: 8:30am - 3:30pm EST - (Please bring your lunch for our working lunch)
Cancellation Policy - Learner: For a full refund of course registration fees, the learner shall provide written request to cancel registration no less than 30 days prior to course date. For cancellations less than 30 days in advance, a 50% refund will be provided OR the learner can choose to utilize funds toward a future course date.
All refunds to be processed through the Teachable secure payment site.
**Any complaint must be submitted within 3 months of course completion.

Laura R. Barnhart, OTR/L, CNT, CIIT, is a practicing Occupational Therapist and Certified Neonatal Therapist with over 20 years of experience in home health, out-patient and NICU settings. Her ongoing practice allows her stay relevant in the field and contribute to her teaching effectively.
Since 2014, she has traveled and trained pediatric healthcare professionals all over the United States. Additionally, Laura teaches and mentors international students, sharing her expertise and fostering global collaboration in pediatric healthcare.
Laura prefers to teach in a discussion style format, encouraging professionals to openly ask questions and contribute to the overall learning experience. Her teaching described as "relaxed and friendly," offers real-life, practical examples, creating an evironment where participants feel comfortable engaging and learning actively.
